The secure card programmer allows end users to create cards or tags with their own security keys based on the secure Mifare® technology, to keep data protected from the card to the controller.

Together with the ATS118x range of readers and the ATS1136 keypad, the secure card programmer provides customers with a simple solution to offer a complete secure environment where the card data is protected from card to controller with no additional cost.

This solution is also a very simple option to switch from Aritech security keys to customer security keys: the new Secure Card programmer allows end users to have their own security keys based on Mifare® Desfire® EV1 technology.

How does it work?

The hardware part is the card programmer (SKU “ATS Programmer no SW”); the free application (downloadable on the link below) is also needed in order to use the programmer. This application is part of Advisor Management (ATS86xx) and is required to set the data that will be stored in the cards.

Advisor Management (ATS86xx range) cards or tags that have been programmed are automatically added to the matching cards and can be assigned to any user.
